The call is thirty minutes, it's free, and it's about your shop.
You talk about your shop — size, the work you do, what your current software does and what you've given up on it doing. You get questions honed by Richard Basler's decade of answering shop owners' support calls. That's the whole call.
Pick a time. Come as you are.
No prep needed. Just bring whatever's been bugging you about your software.
What you walk away with
The recommendation, whichever way it goes:
The system that fits
Which program matches your shop — and exactly why it fits.
Or: keep what you have
And the implementation it actually needs to finally work.
Either way, it's yours
The answer is yours to keep — hire the help, or run it yourself.
How the work is priced
Three flat-fee packages, from remote guidance to on-site work. Fees are flat, quoted in your written proposal before anything starts — and every engagement begins with the same free call.
Essentials Software Selection & Implementation
Guidance and assistance through the selection and setup, handled mostly remote.
Full-Service Implementation & Training
Implementation and training for your team — the middle tier between Essentials and High-Performance.
High-Performance Optimization & Advanced Systems
The whole thing, shoulder to shoulder: prep work done together beforehand, on-site setup and training at your counter while your team writes live tickets, and support that continues after go-live.
Travel, when you want on-site work, is billed to you. Most shops fit the standard package pricing as-is; a shop well outside the usual size or record count may get an adjusted quote.
Two things worth knowing before you book
The work is hands-on. It includes standing in your shop — prep done together beforehand, and support that continues after go-live.
Timing matters. A migration wants real preparation — data cleanup, field mapping, practice for your team. The earlier that starts, the smoother it goes. If a POS switch is anywhere on your horizon, the right time to talk is now.
