# Basler Consulting

Basler Consulting LLC is based in Summerville / Charleston, South Carolina and serves 12-volt and aftermarket automotive shops nationwide, remote by default and on site when the job calls for it. Founder Richard Basler has been on the shop side of the counter since 1992 — shop employee, then shop owner, then eleven years at the Mobile Electronics Association answering the software support calls of more than 750 12-volt dealers. The company also tells shops to stay put when that is the right answer: sometimes the recommendation is to keep the system a shop already owns and implement it properly.

Engagements run as flat-fee packages quoted in a written proposal before anything starts, and every engagement begins with a free 30-minute discovery call.
